I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and close enough to the city centre to be handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and a can-do attitude. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities provided were superb.

The hotel is conveniently located in a busy area of London, with easy access to Wembley Park station. It is also situated right next to the lively bars in jim-jams, providing plenty of entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and Netflix on smart TVs. The bathrooms are clean and there is a strong shower. The friendly receptionist adds to the positive experience.
The electricity went out in one of the rooms, causing an inconvenience for the guests who had to wait for 30 minutes before being given another room at a different property.
