The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and close enough to the city centre to be handy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile and a can-do attitude. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities provided were superb.

The hotel is conveniently located in a busy area of London, with easy access to Wembley Park station. It is also situated right next to the lively bars in jim-jams, providing plenty of entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and Netflix on smart TVs. The bathrooms are clean and there is a strong shower. The friendly receptionist adds to the positive experience.
The electricity went out in one of the rooms, causing an inconvenience for the guests who had to wait for 30 minutes before being given another room at a different property.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated between two lively pubs in a nice area with lots of amenities. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are equipped with awesome kitchenettes and comfortable double beds with good curtains. It's also conveniently located for quick access to central London, making it perfect for exploring the city. Plus, the breakfast included adds to the overall positive experience.

The room, though basic, was clean and functional, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I appreciated the good value for money and the late checkout option. The free Wi-Fi and daily room cleaning were also a plus. Despite a few minor issues, like a fridge malfunction and a non-closing window, the hotel's quick response and helpfulness made up for them.
